first go to Start
then
>Click Run
>Enter gpedit.msc
and press enter
>Group Policy settings
>Select User Configuration
>Select Administrative Templates
>System
>Ctrl+Alt+Delete options
>Select Remove Task Manager
>now click enable or disable
>apply ok
